Awesome facilities. Staff goes above and beyond!

We found out about a policy today that discriminates against girls. The guys don't have to wear anything on top when they swim so if their swimsuits aren't cinched at the waist, the girls have to view chest and possible butt crack, but the girls can't even swim without shorts over their already modest one-piece swimsuits? We already put the bulk of responsibility in society on girls for modesty sending the message that there is something wrong with their bodies, but for guys, pretty much anything they already wear goes. Is that equality? If girls have to swim in shorts, wouldn't it only be fair that the guys swim in shirts? Should girls go to church camp to learn they are second class citizens?
